Software Solutions

Education Direct installed its first Spirit desktop software in 1996. Since that time Spirit has adapted to integrate with or replace all software packages, successfully linking customer relationship management (CRM) to marketing activity and sales transaction integration.

We’ve extracted data files from Salesforce, Goldmine, ACT, Sage, Linux, Achiever, Cyrane and many more bespoke systems to create tailored educational sales and marketing databases for our customers.

Spirit can also act as a hub of centralised information for those companies that wish to maintain a separate accounts database rather than use our sales order processing solutions.
