To ensure that its database is fully up to date, Education Direct sends an annual questionnaire to every UK state and independent school. Over the years we’ve developed and refined the style and format to maximise response rates. Through maintaining a constant dialogue with schools, we understand how best to reach them, who to contact and when to contact.

Building your bespoke questionnaire

Once your account manager has created your target audience, our dedicated research and data analysis teams will assist in creating your questionnaire to achieve maximum impact. We have extensive experience in question structure, formatting and routing to ensure your target audience understands what’s being asked of them and answer appropriately.

Data input and data output

In order to provide you with extensive analysis, we input all captured data into the Education List.  Raw data and reports are provided in a variety of formats to suit your needs. Spirit customers can access a more extensive range of reporting tools through the data mining and reports modules.
