Secondary Shared Mailing
Secondary schools are vast organisations. Budgets can be allocated either to co-ordinated faculties or disparate faculties and departments, depending on the school.
So how can you send a shared mailing to a secondary school?
The key is to enter into a dialogue with schools’ secretaries. For example, as a result of our ongoing discussion with schools across the UK since the mid-1990s, school secretaries now receive our shared mailings and distribute them to the relevant subject leaders or pastoral heads. This enables you to target named contacts as well as age-specific teachers:
- Full Secondary - Despatched to the named School Secretary at all UK secondary schools
- Key Stage 3 - Despatched to the named School Secretary at schools teaching ages 11-14
- Key Stage 4 - Despatched to the named School Secretary at schools teaching ages 14-16
- Sixth Forms - Despatched to the named School Secretary at the secondary schools with sixth forms
